A quotation with tour itinerary will be sent electronically after booking is made. A 50% deposit is due at time of booking to secure your tour arrangements two months in advance.
* The balance must be received no later than three(3) weeks before scheduled arrival in PNG or Madang. If you are booking within the month of scheduled arrival in PNG, full payment is required at time of booking.
* We prefer Wire Transfers
* Full payment is also required by hotel guests within Madang who want to make a half or full-day tour.
